Taking charge of your own security...
I had heard of this, and gave it a quick try this morning, you might wanna try it too, use keyword search for zaba search, put in your full name, and you'd be surprised what personal information will come up in this search results for anyone to get a hold of, information you may prefer to keep private.... your address, phone number, etc...
I've heard you can request that your information can be removed from their (or any other search engine) by request, but it may take some time and effort.

I found out that there are a shit load of people with the same name!! And yes, it's scary!!

Hmmmm.....google for "anywho"...it's a directory site, I often have allot of luck looking up people and businesses there.

It is amazing-the amount of info you can find about yourself on the net,when you check certain places. Its almost scary and I can see why so many people have problems due to this. There should be more done in this regard to protect peoples personal security/privacy.

zabasearch is a people search engine, you just type in someones name and all this information pops up...kinda scary to see your full name, address, phone number, past addresses, etc...for anyone to get a hold of.

interesting, my info is pretty much correct. However, hubby's is way off. Right address from 8 years ago - but wrong middle initial. His current address - we have been at for 8 years is not on there. Very odd.

Same here... says I lived at 3 different addresses in one town that I've NEVER lived in

I've tried anywho and no luck there either. I have found that Yahoo people search also uses the zaba and related search sites.

On Zabasearch, my husband shows up with his current address, phone number, which is unlisted(?) and his birthdate, plus several of his past addresses....I'll have to request the information be removed from there..
