aloha from hawaii. i'm waiting for a person from hawaii university to come by who has set up an interview with me regarding my cancer. apparently it will last about 2 hours.

it was a study conducted by the univ. of hawaii - lasted around 3 hrs. questions were re: diet, geneology, medicines...etc. tomorrow, i have to have blood drawn as part of the study. the lady conducting the interview actually flew in from honolulu. hopefully, they will be able to derive info from me to help with finding a cure or earlier detection.

That is incredible!!! I think it is so great that you are doing this study...to help out, to make a difference, in any way to help people in the future. Good morning to all, Just took MA to work and its damn cold out, -1 degrees with a windchill of -16 degrees. I'm really glad I don't have to work outside. OMG I need more I think I a bigger IV lines in. Hope you all have a great day.

I'm waking up from a bad, bad night....spent part of the later evening in the emergency room with the husband who unfortunately had a kidney stone to pass, after they scanned him, we got the news he's got two more to pass sometime in the near furture.
He got a script for percacet (Thank God for 24 hr Walgreens) so he's feeling like a champ this morning.

Oh, My, Chazzy! My BIL went through that not to long ago and Warren had gallstones. BIL had to pass the stones but Warren was lucky, they broke his up with the ultrasound thingymadoo (lol) and they passed, no problem!

hey guys, today we drove to the north side of the big island, then back to kona to draw blood for the study. now i am done and can enjoy a vacation. had sushi for lunch. yum...it's 80 degree and breezy. aloha!

It's so cold here, there is a dog in the park that was pissing on a fire hydrant. he's still there, frozen to the hydrant. Kinda like sticking your tongue to a metal pole, except different end

Well, I reckon it's time to start my weekend. So many errands to run, so little time Gotta go to my daughter's first basketball game tomorrow..... we're playing our rivals. Maybe I won't get into an argument with a big, brawly guy again
