evening all,
hope your weekend is going good. i think i just got myself into trouble  . Pa's first day back to work and i have put a stray cat in our garage  . It is so cold outside that i just could not leave it outside anymore. It has been hanging around for about a week. it is 2 with windchills at -13.
will see what Pa says when he gets home.

Pa was just fine with it. But now we have gone step farthur. Now the cat has made it into the house. Atleast we have a friend that is very interested in taking the stray cat in. I just don't think that having 3 cats in a small house is a doable thing, but we have to do something.

Had to let ya know, just how clutsy Ma is. Yesterday she decided to be really graceful and do some sort of actrobatics coming off the steps on to some ice. Yea you guessed it, she has a broken bone in her foot, to go alone with her hand that she just had surgery on. Atleast she saved her hand.

omg - you guys...i just got great news from my doc today. the scans show that all the tumors are gone but one small one in my liver that measures about a centimeter. YAY!!!!!! My nurst took me aside and said she thinks it's due to me taking alternatives. i can't believe six months ago they gave me 6-12 mos to live. looks like i'm going to pull through! just wanted to share it with you guys...

Good mornin', everyone! Went out earlier to warm up the car to take the kiddos to school... heard something, stuck my hands out and it was sleeting. Went back inside for a few minutes, got the kiddos ready to load up.. went back outside and it was snowing!!!! HUGE snowflakes!! They were sooooooo excited! So was I! Anyhow, it has turned back into sleet now. It was pretty while it lasted.

Not nice to tease. Let's see here its -3 degrees with a wind chill of -12. But they say this is warm, as come Sunday and Monday the highs will be about -3 to 0 degrees, and overnight lows about -15. Anyway off to another Doc appointment with Ma. this time her foot.

Busy day...crazy life we lead...rushing around all the time just to find your way back home again. I wish I could have a calm, peaceful period of time in my life when things weren't so hectic...just to be able to sit still long enough to actually relax without having to jump back up again and start with the same old routine day after day!
