What are some of the things you have discoverd that you have in common with another member or members through this site, these forums, chatrooms, etc...?

as a person new to this site...I was skeptical at first and from repeated responses from older members cautioning me to be aware of phonies..those who are more than eager to take advantage of someone..those who suffer from a condition known as "two faced"....I'm finding that I'm more skeptical than when I signed on

my point being that I suppose I do have something in common with those who have been here longer and have gotten to know people...good or bad

Because I've only had a limited amount of contact with people from the States in the past and because 95% of WebNaughty members are American, I didn't really expect too much when I first joined this site. How wrong I was, the people here are great and I feel like we have much more in common that I would of ever of imagined.

I've rarely ran across anyone here that I have found to be two faced...maybe times when heresay, and miscommunication have caused grievous misunderstandings, but I chose to beleive that people in general are good, and have good intentions

I think the main thing for me is that people although very different in some aspects are very much basically the same in as they all possess the basic human need for social contact and need to be appreciated and validated as an individual in a positive way. I think the majority of the members on this site understand that and enjoy that positive reciprocation. I think you Chazzy, understand that very well and your positive influence rubs off on others and ripples outward.

How funny, I made a couple of very good friends the same way, Chazzy gave me the name of some people to help with my geneology, LMAO.... Ma, you & your hubby have been two of the nicest people I could ever meet, in person, or on here. I mean that from the heart. To say that you can't make friends here because of the trust issue is just incorrect. I have many on here, but funlovingpair are two that I made because of Chazzy.

I've made alot of really good friends on here. Tica and Liz are awesome, and their support has been awesome, true friends. NRG always has supportive things to say and never leaves you withou a funny story (I particulary like the newspaper story). From the forums to live chat there is always something to read and make you giggle...there are so many people here that I couldn't begin to name you all but WN is definately full of wonderful individuals. There may be some fake, negative people out there, but they tend to get weeded out quickly.
OK, I feel like a hug...

well i have made loads of friends on WN, and most of them live in the states, and i seem to have found something in common with all them.i would be here all day naming them, so ill just say that they know who they are.

Communication is the essential key in any form of a relationship, using your personality traits, life experiences, compatibility (as in what each you have in common with the individual music, children, etc.) also sharing yourself and being open to others, having a love and understanding for all mankind.
Now as far as members.... I could go on and on with everyone here, so many to say, they know who they are. So many have helped me, shared our tears, shared our laughs, and most of all have built awesome friendships along the way.

Juilianna, you are such a neat person,I will always support you. You have gone through so many trials at once, yet you have time to say hello to everyone. I've always liked to tell a joke of funny story, everyone feels better when they smile, & I feel better making them smile. And like Brit & Tica, I could go on, & on about the friendships I've made here. I can't imagine going a day without at least saying hi to them. They've been there to support me through my tough times, shared a laugh with me, but it would take forever naming them. So like Brit, you know who you are. Juilianna, you feel like a hug, I've got one for ya, For the rest of my friends, got one for you too.

Far as I know, there is a gal on here whose really great because she has gone through the same things i have especially when it comes to guys and I have learned a lot from her if that makes up for us having anything in common.
Only, haven't gotten to talk to her much lately with her life changing event and I seem to be doing okay so far if he still comes over and gives me hugs and kisses!!

I've made so many friends on here I wouldn't know where to begin. This truly has to be one of the most diverse bunch of individuals in one place by far. It doesn't matter what your intellect, interests, etc.... there are a few people here just like you, and if you put in the small effort required you will find them, no problem. In closing I'd just like to thank everyone for being themselves. Ok enough babblin

i love this thread. notice that everyone who has posted so far are the regulars we all love and enjoy in the forums and chat room? we seem to have such commonality that we have formed a bond - we are all now part of the cyber-family of webnaughty. i enjoy each of you who have posted so far on an individual basis as well as the goofy group of wn. i love you all! thanks for making me feel warm and fuzzy inside on a daily basis.

its comforting to know that there are other wacky people in the world who bring me joy and make me feel all "warm and fuzzy"...how's that for commonality..but i think i was born an Aristocrat.
