Microphone set up.....
Hi..
Wonder if anyone can suggest anything here..
When i set up my mic and you do the voice test bit..
I canot get it to go to 'yellow' level which indicates that it is working properley...despite it being plugged in correctly, volume is up and it is not muted..
Any advice appreciated.

check the support forum, I think I remember someone have a similiar problem...I sure wish I could help you, I suck at computer stuff, but there's allot of members who are good at it, and have been a huge help for me, many times!

If you select 'Sounds and Audio Devices' in Control Panel, then click the Advanced button, you should see a microphone slider control which has another Advanced button at the bottom, clicking that should display a dialog box with a 'MIC Boost' checkbox, just click it and close.
