I'm way behind on my back issues of "Civil War Illustrated"..
I just love American or any history! I'm such a Ken Burns freak!

I'm a sports fanatic and I read books and magazines on most sports. I also enjoy history and biographies.

recently read Angels ande Demons by Dan Brown...terrific read. couldn't put it down.
its much better than DaVinci Code...blows it away.
i read a variety of books, mags, etc. tend to go thru phases in reading..
so. i am in the political thriller phase..
read the Camel Club (not what you think)ha,ha...
good read..
also Nelson DeMille books have been some favs of mine.

Civil War Illst, W W II Battleground, The Plains Indians, oh hell the list goes on & on. Then there are my gun magazines, hunting magazines, Vintage Aviator, & Family Handyman

Right now I'm reading something not so fun...Lies At the Alter by Dr. Robin Smith
I usually read those crazy, trashy romance novels...I live vicariously through the charachters.

Reading "The God Delusion" at the moment, it's very well written, if you have a belief in God (as I do), why not put your faith to the test by reading this book.

i get Astronomy magazines for the pictures...too cool..Hubble telescope pics...out of this world!!

i get Astronomy magazines for the pictures...too cool..Hubble telescope pics...out of this world!!
I'm so gonna remember this post of yours, tropi!! I got a huge telescope, one of those "big as a bazooka" types on a tripod with all the extra eye pieces, and I haven't even tried to use it, don't know where to begin!

I love picking up those little booklets on area history, when I run across them in these tiny little Missouri towns around me.

my god Chazzy, i do that too...always pic up the local history stuff when i travel...read thru it and learn about the local stuff...

I enjoy reading psychological books and magazines that examine/show the good and bad sides of human nature. Its nice to try to understand some things that so many others have difficulty getting a grasp on.
