OFF TOPIC
Whats on your mind? One mans junk is another mans treasure....So what ever you want to say, just say it right here, right now, just..... lets everyone take everyone into consideration here, and be nice.
I am tired of seeing people around here being taken for granted, being stepped on, being judged, and not allowing everyone to see the true colors of a person due to others or situations that have come up. Be true to yourself no matter what, and don't' worry about anyone else.

Re: OFF TOPIC
Hi Tica!. Maybe you have the right idea here. Make a place to just let off some steam or whatever. Personally,I am saddened by the turmoil that has swept over this site like the "Black Plague". I haven't got anything about the site I need to bitch about. I've had a Hell of a lot of Fun here, in the forums & the lobby. I really look forward to chatting with my friends there. It's been a place to tell jokes, talk about what you've been up to, work, recreation, weather, hell everything & anything!! In the whole time I've been here, I have witnessed only 2 times that someone came into the lobby & made some rude & uncalled for remarks. But both times, the whole room, which in one case, consisted of "The Offender","The Offended", myself, & one other. The point being, the whole room, gave the offender, such a tongue lashing, that the offender left, & that was the end of it. If they were reported to the mods, & the mods had a chat with them, refreshing the rules with them, that I do not know. But this time, the complaint was handled completely wrong. It was blown way out of proportion, & voiced in the wrong place. A private mssg. to any of the mods. would have taken care of the problem, just as it always has. But this time it was voiced in the forums, eggagerated far from how bad it really was in truth, other stuff kept getting added to it that had nothing to do with the initial problem. This went on until many of the members were willingly or not,in a cyber-riot. I would have thought that we, (all of us , as members) were adult, & mature enough, to have found a solution without letting it get to this point. I'm just flabbergasted, that a couple of grown adults, disrupted the happiness & unity we had here. Now all of still here, have seen what took place, if we want those happy times back, we ALL need to work with the mods, cooperate with them, & help them, help us, to get our site back. Not the one we're sitting in now, the one we had 4 days ago. Come on people, it's time for all of us to join in & help the mods.

Re: OFF TOPIC
Not trying to be a snot in any way, but then let's just move on? Far as I know, Chazz and the mods are doing what they can to take care of things and yet you're still talking about it.
Have a good day.

Re: OFF TOPIC
Please, the main message lately has been that problems and conflicts do not belong in the public forums, but should be handled privately....it's very important that we all, as bc said, start moving on.
Tica hon, I know you are a dear sweet person with nothing but good intentions, and we all do appreciate that.

That's how it gets started... I used to be a bouncer in a local bar, that had a history of fighting. One guy would say something bad, about the other's girlfriend and the tongue lashing would insue. It would be only a matter of time before the fists started flying. With one missed punch, landing on another guy, totally minding his own business, and you got the brawl of a lifetime. Everyone throwing punches and in the aftermath, telling me they were only defending someone else.
You people have something that I didn't have, an, "IGGY Button"! Let me repeat that, "AN IGGY BUTTON!" Right click on the offenders name and scroll down to the, "Ignore Button" and click it, problem solved. They can't spew anymore offensive words, and will get tired of writing, and leave. No one else will get offended. The power of computing is in your hands, use it...

The majority of the people here consider respect and courtesy to be a very big thing, but there will always be those who feel their own self interest should come first in the chatroom and in the forums. I do apologize for them.
The sub headers in the chatroom clearly say "no cybersex allowed in the lobby" That's the rule, if someone insists on knowingly violating this rule, you are well within your rights to report that. I do ask that you use the "ignore" feature, and if necessary, use the "save chat session" feature for us if you do wish to report someone.
If you have any questions or problems with the chatroom or forum, please just send me a private message and I'll do whatever I possibly can to help you.
