Mail is always welcomed. Makes sense to start out saying "Hi", and then see where it goes from there.

It would be nice just to get mail. I do not seem to get much. A few, but mostly just a very few. Hey were I am at any mail is better then no mail.

Not one for mail unless it's one of two people especially off of here. (Only one's VIP, and she's far far away and the other isn't.. which he's close enough anyhow last I checked).  Not too big on sitting down and writing emails anyhow, some days it just gets to be exhausting.

I second your emotion. Little, short messages from members are very nice. I too, feel special when that person takes the time to email me. I always reply.

i like the email messages...they perpetuate the friendships we form here...and it does convey a sense of caring and belonging too...casual are good but the naughty ones from the right people are grrrreeeat!!

I enjoy all types of e-mails as it gives me a true first impression of the type of person i'm talking to or becoming friends with. I enjoy people just being themselves,whatever that may be. I don't want my friends or others to change their approach just because I prefer one thing over another-JUST BE YOURSELF-thats all I ask.

I do like receiving E-mails and I send E-mails too when I can. It does not matter what the mails are about just as long as people send to me. It is nice that people think of me enough to message me so keep them coming.

I love mail, although I do have to admit it is easier to do the email, the personal handwritten mail is more fun. There is nothing I would like better to do than to buy a new pen, pick up my writing box and just pour out my thoughts.

yes, there is something that a handwritten message conveys, but it sure is easier to edit the message in Word. the handwritten message is fast becoming a thing of the past..just wait another 5plus maybe 10 years...gone.

If it was up to me, handwritten messages & letters would have been extinct years ago. I know they are more personal, & will mean a little more to the reciever. I'm the worlds worst, I admit it. I just can't make myself sit down & write a letter.I'm more likely to make a phone call, but since the age of e-mail, I don't mind it so much. Not sure why, cuz I can't type for shit either!! As far as getting mail, I suppose it would be nice, forgot what it was like. The only reason I go to the mailbox is to get my bills. When I was married , I always made sure to check the mailbox first on fathers day.

Snail mail notes and such are not my style. If I would ever write something, you'd never be able to read the damn thing anyway. So with e-mail, it's much easier and you will actually be able to read what I've written, I'll even include correctly spelled words, as long as I remember to hit spell check.  But I do like mail, even if it's just to say HI.

I do love reading all my messages here, it can take some time for me to reply sometimes though, some messages just set off something spontaneous with me and are so easy to reply to right away. It must just be a talent, and a talent I wish I had!
