Laugh all you want... I really was at band camp every summer... I played everything from the clarinet to saxophone, oboe to basson, and even the bagpipes (My mom has blocked that year out her mind)...

Its good you didn't play the trumpet because I heard a story about a girl that used a trumpet to PUSH a guys threshold, then one of the instructors came in and starting playing using this same trumpet. I'll bet that had an odd taste. Stories like that are why I never went there.

That was a scene from the first American Pie movie. I laughed so hard my gut hurt. Then my popcorn started to taste funny. ( I was a trumpet player )
