What seemingly normal words or phrases still tickle your adolescent funny bone?
When someone (especially a female) uses the word "abreast", such as "keeping abreast of the news, progress, etc." Or on the news when they report how the cops or ASPCA busted a bunch of people at a "cock fight". I know it's Bart Simpson-like immaturity, and I'm sure alot more men than women experience this occassionally.

Yes! 12" nipple, holy crap! don't know whether to visualize that in length or diameter!
and electrical & electonic connections -male & female, well what in the hell else were they thinking of other than penis & vagina, no other explanation. Then there's the handy "penetrating oil" to loosen all those frozen screws and nuts. Yup, the hardware/home supply stores are loaded with stuff like that.

I like the term "Clusterfuck," it pretty much sums itself up...

The one word that sums it up for me isn't really a word, "FUBAR". Kurt Russell used that term in the movie, "Big Trouble in Little China". It means;
F- Fucked
U- Up
B- Beyond
A- All
R- Reality
I still use it a lot...
