Useless information
Did you know that a lion can mate up to 50 times a day?
Just some useless info. Anybody else care to add some more?

If a new lion kills the old one and takes over the pride of females he kills all of the cubs, which brings the females into heat. An explanation why many men don't want to date women with children?

when some snakes in south america (i forget which kind) mate, there will be a big ball of up to 100 males, all trying to get at one female. they will stay like that for days.
that jeff corwin on animal planet shows some of the most interesting things. and he doesn't always wear underpants. 
oh, and every emily dickinson poem can be sung to "the yellow rose of texas". if that's not useless, i don't know what is.
