Finding someone?
Well, it might be the wrong thing to do, but here we go. We have been searching for some time for a female to join us , with no luck. Not sure that we're doing anything wrong but we are reaching out hoping..... Our profile says it pretty much, but will be more than happy to answer any/all questions. We really have gotten to the point where she really wants another woman with us and she does want to share with me frequently as well. HELP!!!!

It's not gonna be easy finding a female for a threesome , most single bisexual females are looking for other single bi women and aren't that interested in a couple. I see in your profile that you are looking for a long term live-in friend? That's gonna make your search a little harder.
Maybe edit your profile and start smaller, by just going for finding a third for the three-some.
You might even need to compromise on the three-some idea all together, by searching for couples that are also looking for a female third that are willing to do a kind of "swapping thing" with the female half of the couple.
Read the "Lesbian, gay , bisexual, trans gender" forum here, there's quite a few threads that will give you some good insight on what single bi-females are looking for.
