Someone that knows how to twist my knobs just the right way, turn and push my buttons just right. 
By far.... being honest with themselves and with a lady, respectful, kindness, assertiveness, confidence, having common sense, the ability to communicate, self esteem, good sense of humor. Now... it has to be reciprocated on the ladies part too, in order for it to work.
