What sticks out in your my mind the most from September 11,2001 and where were you when these tragic events occured?

I was sending the kiddos off to school... saw it on the news, knew who was responsible right away. I cried.... no words to express how I felt seeing all of that

I saw the second plane hit the twin towers on the news, I just couldn't believe what I was seeing. That day completely changed the world for everyone.

i was working nights, my roomamtes were stationed at ft.hood (texas) one was on base and one was sick. i actually slept through the first one, but my roommate called and told us what was going on. when we turned on the news we saw the second plane hit. very sad day for all.

I was having my coffee, watching the news. When the first one hit, I thought it was a terrible accident, when I saw the 2nd one hit, I knew it was a terrorist attack, & I was stunned, just sat there staring, speechless. Then I was angry, wishing I could show them what I could do to them with a plane, the F-15 type of plane

same as everyone else. stunned, disbelief. very tragic and a feeling of helplessness. what tripped me out was that all flights were grounded for a month after the fact and the first time i heard a plane in the sky afterwards was very eerie.

I remember being at the gym working out and saw it on the news. I went home stunned, glued to the TV and watched the whole thing unfold. One event that changed so many lives forever.
