Collections
Does anyone have any collections of.....
Coin, Baseball Cards, Stamps, Dolls, Antique Furniture, Indian Artifacts, Music and Records, Movies, Comic Books, Antique Vintage Jewelry, Knic Knacks, Beer Bottles, Football Banners, etc., You get the picture, let's here what you enjoy collecting.
I have a collection of old coins, old 78 records, and love anything with cows for the kitchen, pictures, etc. (but stopped with that, had way too much), and some antique furniture.

Re: Collections
I've got a collection of about 280 DVDs (what a sad life I lead).
I've also got a least 200 empty wine bottles in the garage, one day I'll get down to the bottle bank!

Re: Collections
I am a avid collector of indian artifacts & guns, swords & knives. Only problem is the weapons cost money, & the artifacts take a lot of room. But I do love hunting for artifacts so much.

Re: Collections
i didn't want to say this before because i was a little embarrassed of collecting this.. i collect barbies. i have been since i was about 10 years old. i have every single christmas barbie from 1980 til now. (the ones from 80-85 i finally managed to get in the last 2 years or so) i don't usually go looking for them, but if i'm at the store and getting a new toy for lil red i have been known to pick up a barbie just because and stick it in the attic with the rest. i also have a ton of barbies that my grandma collected before i was born that she passed on to me when she passed on. that's another dirty lil secret ya'll know about me now. lol

Hey, Barbies happen to be a collectable that always appreciates in value and popularity, it happens to be a very smart thing to collect! (I have a friend who had to devote an entire room to her barbie collection) Please remeber to include your barbies in your home insurance assessments. A Barbie collection is worth tons, you may end up with enough for a good size college fund for lil Red when that time comes, don't stop collecting them!
I've already said it in previous threads on this topic, I love to collect antique hand carved shell cameos, had a collection going, but now I'm down to one,,,the others ended up being gifts to my mother, when the occasion came around and I didn't have the funds to buy her something, so it's fine, it was my mother that gave me the appreciation and love of the dam things! Someday again, I'll start adding back to my collection of one.
