Exemplary Support System on WN!
Greetings all,
Just want to give a BIG "Kudos" to the Support people on this site. I asked to change my nickname and they accomplished this most quickly and courteously. I wish that the so called "support" from my own ISP and MSN / Windows people were just half this responsive and effective! Thank you WN!

I'll agree...anywhere else, if you use the support link, or the "contact us" link, you'll just get a form email, and often they are signed by a fictional person's name, just to make it seem personal...
At least here, you know abs and unf, you know you are dealing with real flesh and blood people, you see them online, they are right there to answer questions, and hear your problems, complaints and compliments!
