Feeling lucky?
Do you pick lottery numbers on a regular basis, or buy scratch off tickets? Do you have any supersitions or jinxes linked to your lottery choices?
How about buying raffle tickets from the booths in front of Walmart?
Play any instant win, online games, or enter sweepstakes, contests?
Have you ever won anything, much, allot?
Which attitude suits you more..."Can't win unless you play" or "Chances of winning are the same as getting struck by lightning" ?

Re: Feeling lucky?
Did the lottery once, but I didn't win, so I never bothered again.

Re: Feeling lucky?
every so often we will do the lottery ticket thing. (if it's at least a couple million anyway) as for the raffle tickets, it depends on what the money is going for. that is more important than the prize. currently our wal mart is raffling off a battery powered jeep i think. (one for kids to ride on) the money is going to the hospitol to buy more open air incubators for the nicu unit.

I'm with ya on that, leeuh...if I do take a chance, it's not for the prize, it's for the cause....

Re: Feeling lucky?
When I had a job... I played all the time, every kind. Even won big money too. I believe it was back in 99/00, I was scratching a $1 ticket. I won $2500. I left the bar that evening and stopped in the local newspaper stand. He sold them there too. He wanted a photo-copy of it, and while he was making it, I played $10 worth of an old $2 ticket and won another $1000. The next year around the same month, I was playing a ticket nobody liked, because they were difficult to scratch. I won $5000 on it. Gave the bartender $500 as a tip for putting up with me that day...

Re: Feeling lucky?
I don't usually play, until the Lotto gets close to 100 mil. But Ma will play every once in while. She bought a 1 or 2 dollar scratch off, won $5000. Haven't been that lucky again.
