How deep?
How deep do you sleep? Do you need total quiet and darkness, and the slightest thing wakes you? Do you sleep through the nite or wake up one or more times?
Are you out the minute your head hits the pillow?

I need the tv on but turned down to go to sleep.... I guess it's the little "bzzzzzzzzzing" noise that does it. It takes me forever to go to sleep. How deep? Depends on how much I've had to drink   Nah, I sleep pretty deep unless I'm havin' a nightmare.
I don't snore, either!!

I sleep soundly, unmoving, silently and deeply. Then the baby cries and I wake up.

I sleep quite soundly. It takes a lot to wake me. I do tend to snore at times.

When I sleep on my back I tend to dream more and wake up quite frequently. But if I sleep on my side I normally sleep very deeply.  ..zzZZ

That's strange... I have heard that people tend to dream more when they sleep on their backs. I have more nightmares when I fall asleep that way

I sleep very lightly..even the house creaking or a mouse fart can get me up. The wife on the other hand sleeps so hard I think shes dead.

i used to sleep with the TV on and everything, and NEVER wake up. but since lil red everything is turned off, and if rhyun snores too loud (which he often times does) it wakes me up. the other day i woke up to the sound of him dialing on his cell phone. (it was on low too)

TV has to be on, altho the volume is, well low for me, it seems to make the ringing in my ears not as noticable. When I do get to sleep, I'm dead... Thunder storms, (we had one???) unless the window is open and the lightening struck 10 feet away, MA's alarm in the morning, half the time I don't even hear my own phone or alarm. But if some one walks into the bedroom from the living room, I'm damn near reaching for the pistol.

I sleep light too.... that mouse that farted at levs house, I heard it all the way here, & it woke me up too.

i used to be a sound sleeper. things have changed recently and now i seem to toss and turn a lot at night. i fall asleep with the tv on, but when i turn it off i'm wide awake again.

im a pretty deep sleeper, but i always have my tunes on to fall asleep to  but i always know that once i fall asleep,6 hours later ill be wide awake, no alarm needed.

I like a small fan going for the "white noise". Used to have a 2 hr tape I made of the surf in Santa Cruz, CA that was my lullabye. Also used to like some music going but as I got older it became an annoyance/distraction. (Is that an age thing, or what?) Usually sleep well but once in awhile start thinking about what I have to do the next day or how to tackle some problem or situation and then it's insomnia time! Neck, jaws and shoulders start to tense and then forget it. Hate those nights!

I dont know for sure but I have heard that Dreams are about Sex and Nightmares are of Work.

I do not sleep well at all. I don't get to sleep easily - usually up until between 1-3am anymore. I wake easily light coming in the window from the moon keeps me awake - the neighbors that forgot their outside light on keeps me awake.

My life has destroyed my sleep. I'm wired for the slightest movement and noise. I have to wear ear plugs and have absolute darkness to go to sleep unless I happen to stay up for 20 hrs then, It's over!

Im a fuckin night owl n its pissin me off.
Coz if I go to bed b4 1am i cant get to sleep til bout 2 or 3. So i usually wear myself out completely by stayin up on the pc chattin on msn til bout 4am 
Then i can sleep deeply til about 12 noon

I sleep like the dead.Must haves are a fan and covers, because I get cold. Even when the air went out, I still had to have a sheet. When I actually go to sleep. Nothing wakes me, I tend to reach out and slap the alarm off, and have been known to do it without waking at all! Those are late mornings...usually the ones that should NOT be late mornings!

i'm a pretty light sleeper. most times i'm fairly aware of what's going on around me, especially when if i fall asleep knowing someone else is around. and should you ever be the "someone" just say something to get my attention.. NEVER just reach over and grab me. LOL but seriously.. no grabbing.
