Big Fire Sale in NYC...........
Never say never!! What if the YANKEES trade JETER for say, a couple of front line pitchers? It could happen. Old GEORGE might be tempted to unload his #1 marquee player if it meant shoring up his aged pitching staff. JOHNSON was a miserable failure, so he's gone!! MUSSINA is on his last legs and probably out the door also.
They want a BARRY ZITO type pitcher, so who are they going to offer as bait, ROBINSON CANO or maybe GIAMBI? Please!!
Wave goodbye to A-HOLE..er..A-ROD. He's baked in NY. Old GEORGE is throwing him under the bus anyway. Maybe they can get something of value for him. He has got to get the f**k out of NY. The fans are on him all the time and he left his gold glove on the plane somewhere. Hey, maybe a new location, say BOSTON!! Ya never know. The YANKEES would love for BOSTON to get stuck with one of their high-priced cast-offs. Hey, BOSTON dumped NOMAR, and the fans loved him!!
How many more walls can JOHNNY DAMON run through before his head falls off?? Two bounces to the relay man, from deep center field? Not exactly world class!
