I've heard of this fetish before, only knew one person who indulged in it. He was paralyzed, in a wheelchair, could still get an erection, on very rare ocassions, he told me, he couldnt' get an erection, he had medication on hand, and would give himself an ejecton directly into his penis, but he had not needed to go to such measures in a very long time (gawd, nothing, I mean nothing, will stop you guys!) I thought maybe it was his lack of sensation in his lower body that brought him to this fetish, I don't know, didn't know him that well, and we had only talked a little about it.
