I did, had to check it out, for curiosity, and I do remember now reading something about it, it's the sensation created by skin(who am I kidding, we're talking about clit) dragging on the stretched inflated rubber, the dragging causes a vibration type of effect...who's curious now, ey????

Ahh. Well, there you go. I now know more than I did before. Funny thing is, a lot of the time they're fully dressed and just being playful with the balloons! A form of forplay?
