Are you an Early Bird, or a Night Owl?
When do you think the best, in the morning or at night?
The early bird comes out in me for deep thinking, at night I have better things to think about

Re: Are you an Early Bird, or a Night Owl?
I'm probably not the right person to voice a poll like this to be considered "the norm". I'm a hyper person, also my day starts early. By the end of the day, my mussles may be tired, but I'm to wired to go to bed early, like anybody else might do.Also there is always somebody needing something fixed, or paper work, so bed time for me is around 1:00 - 1:30 am.

I would have to say I think best with my head upstairs in the morning and my head downstairs in the evening. Basically I enjoy the best of both worlds.

definitely early bird..wihtout a doubt..
at night or later in the day, more focused on other life things including sex, mojitos and martinis, cooking, ...
although late, late nights...i get my "second brain wind" and find that time easy to focus on deep thoughts that are uncluttered from the day

I'm an early bird!! Up very early, around 4-4:30am, get my wife up at 5am for work, do all the erands and house cleaning, then off to my part-time job at 2pm-7pm.
I have aways been an early riser. My father never let us kids sleep late and it has carried over since then. If I stay up past 11pm, it's very rare.

Usually both. Hit the sack about 1:00 and up between 5 and 6:00.

Same here... both... I enjoy my evenings alone when everyone's in bed. I enjoy mornings, too! Birds are more active in the morning... their songs are very relaxing

After working the midnight to eight shift for 26 years I would have to say I am a night owl. in bed around 1 am and up at 5;30 or 6 every day now that i am retired.
But still do all my favorite things at nite. Darts, Pool and a few brews with my team mates.

Re: Are you an Early Bird, or a Night Owl?
i guess i'm a night owl as far as thinking goes. sometimes i have trouble shutting it off. my mornings are an obscure ritual. like moonhowler, i enjoy the melodies of the waking birds and focus more on rising and shining. i allow things to collect naturally as i pick up steam.

Re: Are you an Early Bird, or a Night Owl?
I am a night owl. I may get up for work at 7am but I dont wake up until about 2 or 3pm.Itis hard for me to get to sleep at night. I must be part vampire or something...I am a creature of the night... I rather be up all night and sleep all day.
