Lesbian or not?
I'm relatively new here so maybe I am missing something. Can someone explain why many women check that they are lesbian and looking for men ? Also some say they bi and looking for men and then in their profile say they want women only. Get's a man's hopes up and then brings them crashing down.

Thanks Liz, I just wish they would be more accurate and articulate. It seems as though they really don't know what they want. That's fine too, but they could say that then and those options would be more available to them.

It is rather simple - being lesbian by no means indicates that you cannot from time to time desire a cock.
There are dykes who like dick, and studly men who suck a dick from time to time. Your preference is only that - preference. Not necessarily your limitation.

I am also have issues with this. I think a lot of the missunderstanding stems from not truly understanding the definition of the term LESBIAN or BI-SEXUAL. I could fall under the classification of LESBIAN. Hell, I fit MOST of the qualifications. I enjoy women and only women. I therefore, do not qualify for the bi-sexual classification.
Back on subject. A lot of women would want to put different sexual orientations in there personal info just to see what kind of responses they get. Hey, these forums are supposed to be fun, right? It's just make believe. No one expects to really meet anyone from here, do they? Most respondents live vicariously through their screen names anyway. I do. Hell, if I wasn't a guy, maybe I would say I enjoy sex with bank vault doors, radio anteneas, automobile exhaust pipes, ect, ect, just to get some sort of response. The more diverse the self-classifications you put down, the more diverse the interest.
