Play cards, boardgame, computer games?? You get together with families/friends on certain occasions and have a good game going? Do you have a routine kind of thing when this certain day and time arrives, you know what goes on?

Sorry on this. I live alone and far away from family/ My friends, as I am are usually too busy working and I do not like to interupt thier family time.

Love all kinds of games, but when we get together , there is one type i am not allowed to play.....anything trivial pursuit...I win too often, lol! Got to put all that otherwise useless knowledge to work somehow!

we used to play cards with the family every weekend - but since moving away hubby and I like to go play pool and have a cold one on Thursdays when possible - you can get a table then!

Use to play a lot of XBOX with my buddies but the chicks don't seem to dig video games these days. lol...has anyone ever played the board game Settlers of Catan?...pretty decent game

The conversation for me is always philosophical when I am drinking and boring when I am sober. And I never talk politics when I am drunk because I dont want to be the fool when I sober up.

How about on holidays, when gathering with close friends/families??
My paternal side, likes to have a few drinks and the girls will play games such as sequence and what nots. The guys will go in the garage considered as the Men's Crisis Center and then after a few rounds of the games, the girls will join with the guys after and join in on all the bs talk which is usually funnier than hell.
Maternal side.... makes me want to go back to the paternal side and drink. No games, not much drinking, blah blah blah. Only one person on this side of the family makes it a belly achin' good time there.
