Guess I have to say goodbye
EugeneOregon. Gary to some of you, is bidding you goodbye. I guess. I have no hope of meeting any local women here and I have prety much been ignored. Not one email message in two months except pity messages from those I emailed first.

Gary, where are you going? Don't lose hope.
Here are some tips for you:
When using adult personal ads sites, try to remain patient. Many (but not all!) people don't check for replies or login to check for new ads more than once a week. (Some may take even longer.) Some personal ads may be setup and totally forgotten although we send regular reminders to the inactive members and then remove them if they don't show up. If you don't get a response after you contact someone, don't get discouraged. Give it some time before you give up on that person.
Send many private messages. The regular members can reply to you without paying! You stand a better chance of getting a quicker answer from someone, if you send at least a few messages. If one or more of these don't work out, or you never get a reply, keep trying! Find more ads that interest you and answer them, too.
If you don't get many answers to your messages, don't take it personally. Don't give up, a little effort on your part can really pay off.

you gotta remember that the tightasses like me that ain't VIP can't write to you first either, only reply once you contact them..... i suggest you take the first - seventh step before considering it a lost cause, then move to the next. still leaving?, its been fun.

What he said ^ at least stay as regular member.we have all enjoyed chatting with you it's fun in the forums just as something to do. If I ever get money ahead I will join,even though there aren't many Va women here either.the ones that are here are much younger than me.but then I don't act my age either.

BCB, frankly, you are one of the reasons it is hard to leave. a good man who reminds me of me.... some years ago... and at the same time, buddy, one of the reasons I am gone.... there are no women here who prefer a 45 year old to a 25 year old.... (their loss)

Now, you know that's now true about what age women prefer, age isn't a major factor,( I, like most people I think, have some general guidelines as to what is too young or too old. But they're guidelines, not laws. I could tell you weren't quite yourself the last 10 days or so, I thought maybe you just fell into a blue funk like all of us do at times ( My last funk lasted aabout a month!)and you would be back to being yourself soon. I know there may not be allot of women from Oregon here, but with all the extensive methods of communication, distance isn't such roadblock for getting to know someone. People do travel, and are willing to travel, or a woman who lives across the country that you exchange emails with, may have single friends, cousins, whatever, in your area. It takes patience, men outnumber women on any personals sites, and it can take time , or several messages, before you get a reply.
Besides all that(I could go on for another paragraph) I just wished you would stay.

Hey Gary, even though I'm new here, I see you as being a very important part of this forum. I would hate to see you go! I know where you're coming from with the age factor but there are women out there who prefer us "older guys". I hope you will consider at least staying in the discussions. From where I sit, just having a friend like Chazzy to talk to would make it worthwhile.

Well, crap.... I did not post this to get people to ask me to stay, I did not expect that, in fact. I really didn't. I am a man. Yes, horny as hell , like most (all) of the guys here, but also a wee bit deeper that that, like most (all) of the guys here. I was, I guess, just feeling low. I wil stay as long as there are good people like BCB, Sun, Bawbie, absix, hard, DEye, backfrom and of course Chaz to talk to. thanks
