Do any of you think this baseball player in the Little League World Series is faking his age? The kid is huge?

I dunno...There's been a few famous "giants"....Andre the Giant, Robert Wadlow: The Alton Giant (Alton Illionis)and hundreds of others that suffer from Marfan syndrome...if this child is actually 13 years old, I do hope he is healthy.
