Drew Carey Junkie
Where have all the good sitcoms gone? Ones like Cheers, Home Improvement, Freinds, All in The Family and yes, Drew Carey. There have been so many good ones over the years, but to me it seems like the ones coming out now just suck. So Im askin, whats good and what sucks?

Most of the good sitcoms have been replaced with reality tv. I also think that Prison Break is looking pretty decent. I was kind of pissed at the season finaly last year but it looked good the other night. House is also not bad. Another sitcom that is kind of funny is the War at Home.

I'm not a big reality TV fan. It's just not my thing. I do like Nip/Tuck, though sometimes it does get a little...er...strange?
As mentioned in another post, I like the Stagate series, and sci fin in general, so i spend a lot of time on the Sci Fi channel, when I actually have the time to sit down and watch TV, that is.

My favorite sitcoms (situation comedies) are on PBS, and I've mentioned in Moon's british comedy thread...Keeping up apprearances" "Black Adder" "Mr.Bean"...
And of course the Canadian biggie is "The Red Green Show"

My favorite, hands down, is the one with JENNY McCARTHY. As the scene begins, a female butt in very tight pink pants (?) on a ladder is visable and Lewis, Oswald and Drew are standing behind her. I have that scene permanently accessable on my DVR. I have shown that to almost everyone including my 85 y/o mother and father in-law. What a hoot. I like the Drew Carey show, Who's line is itand all the other shows mentioned. I'm starting to like Smallville also. And Pepper I agree I lir Stargate,too BUT ther's another show you should also check out when you get a chance Eureka it's also on SCI/FI.
