What's your "geek rank"?
On the 1 to 10 scale, how do you rate yourself on your computer skills?
I'm about a 5,

Re: What's your "geek rank"?
I'd say a 7... hey, can we include gaming in "computer skills"? Cause I'd be a definite 10

Re: What's your "geek rank"?
I am one that can figure anything electronic out even without the directions......As a matter of fact, every time I visit my grandmother she has a line of things ready for me to re program.......And wont let anyone touch it until I get there...The problem with that is, she never tells me she needs help until I get there....So she will watch channel 3 for months because I didn't come to program it!....
So I guess I would be an 8

Re: What's your "geek rank"?
I would say a 7. I do well with the things I need for the classroom, or the internet especially if I think it would help my students if I can work that technology, but for games - I am a 2. I can't seem to stay interested enough to figure them out.

Re: What's your "geek rank"?
I'm a "hopeless geek" and even have a "ham radio" license to prove it. I've tinkered with electronics since I was 12 years old. I'm an 8-9 I guess. Used to work on full size arcade video games and pinballs (for 10+ years) but not a big player of anything but pinball. I like the old electromechanical pins that whirred and clunked and rang bells....newer ones are "too cute"
