My favourite team is the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League. The best football game to be found on this planet is in Canada. We invented the game just like we did basketball, hockey and lacrosse.

well shy and sweet i know it did not count but big ben did not look good out there with the first team the eagles put a lot of pressure on him during their short stint in the game. steelers first team offensive line was terrible.big ben could be in trouble this year.

Come On people, except for my sister, we're mostly pretty nice people here in Nebraska. We don't want for much, all I'm asking is for some nice person here, ( doesn't matter where you're from, as long as you're on Nebraska football schedule) to talk with their favorite college, & tell them to let the "Big Red" win at least one game this year. I know they suck since Tom Osborne left. I just like to see them win once in a while.

Re: Are You Ready For Some Football....
In the CFL the defending Grey Cup Champions from last season the Edmonton Eskimos are on a 5 games losing streak and they play the Calgary Stampeders tonight and I predict that they will lose again to make it 6 straight.
The Montreal Alouettes won 7 straight from the season's start and now have lost 4 straight. They have a bye this weekend.
The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have lost 4 straight also and they play the Saskatchewan Roughriders on Sunday afternoon. I predict a win by the Roughriders to extend their winning streak to 4.
The British Columbia Lions are atop the West divison and also have a bye. They beat quite easily Montreal last weekend with their back up QB.
The Toronto Argonauts are home to the Hamilton Tiger-Cats on Saturday and I expect Hamilton will lose again and the Argos' QB Damon Allen will add to his established professional football record of over 70,000 passing yards. He passed Warren Moon last weekend. Damon is the younger brother of Marcus Allen who is in the hall of fame.

I am a Philadelphia Eagles fan. I've said since before the season started, they were going to be much better than people give them credit for. They are 2-1 and look to be headed in the direction I expected. I think this may be the year the Eagles get over the hump and WIN the Super Bowl- without TO-(congrats to Dallas for inheriting the biggest headache in the NFL)
