What I would assume is that a ticket is when you have asked for help.....So unless you needed help from support I would have to say you wouldn't see it?....
Not sure if I'm right.....

You submit a ticket, you get a response, you get notified on the home page, you read the ticket, the notification is gone.
Read your newsletter when you get it!

Okay, I went there three times now thinking WN was sending me tickets to something, felt special, but no tickets. And you Just, you are making my head spin on this one.
