Well, if you just want anyone to do you....Why not just get a prostitute?.......Not many women now a days will just  anyone!......There has to be some knowledge of your partner for many reasons.....And safety is the most important!....
Didn't anyone ever tell you that you treat others the way you want to be treated?.......If you going to look at women like that, then your going to have to pay for it in the end.......
And by no means do I mean to insult you, just my opinion to the question.....

There's always the bar seen. Add lots of alcohol, and the chances are increased substantially that you will get something.

Hey, you're of age. Get out there and circulate. There are dance clubs or clubs where other humans, that don't score on a regular basis, hang out. With a little effort, you can walk out of there with a (female?) on your arm. You're young, but you'll develope confidence and with that, you'll get your share of whatever!! Eveybody goes home happy!!!!!
There is a club nearby that is affectionatly called "menapause heaven". Actually, all ages show up. Everyone that wants to hookup leaves with someone at closing time. The operative word is "wants".
Women want men who look confident, You could be a virgin, but they won't care. Say to yourself "I am someone to reckon with". The girls pick up on that vibe. They like the challenge.
