Midol and Myths....
Are men so mystified and in the dark by our monthly cycle?
I've heard such silly remarks from men when women are experiencing their "special time"
I've heard things like...
"It's a natrual pain, so it can't hurt that much"
So for the women, reply with info like...
How much discomfort does your cycle give you?
How much irratibility do you experience?
Do you think your bf/spouse understands anything about what is going on with you during this time?
...and for the men....here's your chance to ask your questions, and maybe gain some insight?

Re: Midol and Myths....
I have NEVER had a "normal" cycle........So I have had a hard time with mine....As a matter of fact, I had my first child, and never had my period until AFTER my second child.....Didn't even know I was pregnant until I was 11 weeks....Being that I didn't get it monthly, when I got it, it would put me out for a week.....Now after my third son I had my tubes tied, and for what reason I have no clue, but I have been regular ever since.....The only problem is that now I get horrible headaches, before, during, and after......Yea, so it tends to effect me differently now....But all in all it sucks, and makes me sick as heck!.....
Most of the people around me will know when Im near because of the headache, Im always a bitch, so that will never be a clue...

Re: Midol and Myths....
It's always been brutal for me. When I had severe displacia, though, it was overwhelmingly brutal. It's just a good thing that everyone around me knows to stay the f*ck back!

Re: Midol and Myths....
Since the 2nd child, i don't have the cramps like i use to. Now i get fatter that week or just before. I'm also much more emotional (insecure) . to the point even pa looking at others or talking with others gets the jealous bug going in me.

Re: Midol and Myths....
My husband has got to be the most childish and annoying person on this planet, and it takes all my patience to deal with him at anytime, but when I'm pre-menstrual or menstrual... he still can't learn when NOT to stick his head in the lion's mouth?

If he likes to stick his head in the 'lions mouth" at that time. I say fine. It'll end up all bloody and see how he likes that.
