Hello lots of foreplay lots of lube maybe a finger or 2 1st then take it very slow also different positions sometime feel better then others hope that helps

Try to stay relaxed and lots of lube. But mostly have fun. Easy and slow at first, then when you are comfortable, go for it. You are in control of how and what you want. Have fun.

You can manage with a bit of rubbing with juices from the front if need be, but proper lube is def recommnded.
Get yer man to start as slow as you're comfortable with, until you're getting used to it, and by that time you'll have figured it out 
And don't be bummed out if you or he don't enjoy it, not everybody does.

to make it more comfortable for you. You most first prepare before hand. The most important part of this is. How should I say this? You have to "clean" yourself as if you were going to a doctors appointment for an examination of the area. (douche-enema) This will relieve an uncomfortable pressure, and relieve a feeling of dirtiness. It also makes it a lot cleaner experience. You may have already known this, but we feel it's very important and nobody ever wants to talk about it to beginners.
Also a good rimming always gets us going in the right direction.
So the abc's are proper preparation(cleaning), the right mind set, relaxation, some GOOD foreplay (rimming, fingers, small toys), and always plenty of lubrication. A little drink doesn't hurt nothing either.
We live near by, if you want. We'll come over and show you the ropes if you want. Just a thought. We can leave the ropes at home if you prefer.

Take your time and make sure you both are ready for this.
There are many lubes that have a numbing effect. Also there are many "toys" that are designed to help get you use to this as well.

There is a very good book, not expensive, on the subject. "Anal Pleasure and Health" by Jack Morin, Ph.D. It is really more than is needed in the form of advice, but its well worth the $14.95.

Besides all the above great advice. You need to be very comfy, relaxed and don't get in a big hurry. Also take small steps..IE: finger play, small dildo etc.
But if you really want to try it, that's a great start. Don't feel forced into it. Good luck.
