nope to all the above... imagine cutting the end off of a condom and its similiar only a little thicker material and with various added "ribs", bumps, etc.
dont see how it would cause anything to the wearer unless they're tight enough to act as a cock ring of sorts

BCB - I know exactly what you are talking about and I think it is more for the partners satisfaction. However, we bought one and I did not notice a difference and then it came off inside me - it was not a hit for us. Hope this helps. Also, it is not tight enough to be useful as a cock ring.
