Tips for the Women...
Since we have tips for the guys, I thought, with my tough little experience.. I'd add a tip or two.
For starters... this actually happened maybe four months ago now and wasn't even completely awake when I had done so (or was I??)... 
Here we go...
Do not use lotion on your hands prior to putting in a tampon.

I think if there is a problem, and I am not saying there is, use some KY jelly, it works very well, especially at the end of the cycle.

In the shower.....douche first, then shave.....douches often have fragances and other ingredients can sting like hell if you shave first!

Use them as butt plugs. They soak up poop too.

hmmm, so many to pass on - how about don't forget to take your cell phone on a first date - turn it on mute, but have it with you, just in case!
