Getting Discouraged
I have been using this site now for awhile but I get no responses from women in my area. I send them naughty notes but I think that as soon as they see how old I am they don't bother. I can assure everyone that I am very sexual for my age. I am feeling very discouraged right now.

Sometimes it takes a long time to find just the right one that will knock your socks, and everthing else, off. Alot of the members are Non-VIP, so they can't really reply to a naughty note. Don't really think your age has anything to do with it...just keep sending those notes out...

Hey...although I'm your junior (not by much lol!) I have felt the same way from time to time. My advice is this: 1) if you're a dirty old man ( like I am lol), remember that younger women are younger and most, although not all, want men their own age, and that's true even if we know we're better lovers! lol, and 2) join us in the Lobby for chat. All the women that I've gotten to know, I've met through the chat room. Even if you " hook up " right away, I think you'll find there are a lot of cool people here....that's the edge off the discouragement of not getting any "flesh....i mean face time"

Whenever I go to the chat room there are very few women there and if there are any they are too far away. I have found some great women on WN such as Chazzy, Nykitten, Pepper, Lizonya, MoonHowler, Annie, KBateman, etc. and they have been so good to me but they are far away. I joined this site to find women in my area too. They just don't respond to me or maybe they don't go on the site very often.

With all due respect, I think that finding people you can talk to, chat and have a good time in general is the basic that a dating site has to offer, and WN does a great job on that. Meeting people in real life that you have first met online, is the next step, and that has absolutely nothing to do with the site, I think it's more a matter of circumstances.
Also, if you send naughty notes to free members like yourself, they can reply with a standardised message, they cannot say exactly what they probably would if they could write the message themselves. The reason I say this, is because I have received naughty notes in the past and I didn't even bother to answer because none of the potential replies sounded good enough. Not to mention that a free member does not know when another member was last seen online. You could be sending notes to women that haven't logged in for ages!
I hope absix and the rest of the mods don't take wrong what I just said, I'm not criticizing the site, I'm just saying some facts from my point of view.

I'm not offended at all, so....any suggestions for "naughty notes"? What would you consider a good enough reply? The only promise I'm in a position to make is that you will heard.

I really don't have any suggestions, naughty notes is not a feature I use, and furthermore, there is no way abs or you or anybody can be on every member's mind and figure out what they would probably want to say at any other member, at any certain point. And besides, notes and messages are one of the differences between free and premium members, and to be honest, I think this is how it should be....

Most of the women from our area never log on. Just be patient and just enjoy meeting people from everywhere. I guess if that is not good enough, head on down to the local rub and tug.

Getting Discouraged wont get you anywhere! we were probably all a little discouraged in life somehow, someway or other, that is why we came here,,,, to meet new friends and talk to different people, so dont get impatient,people like people that are happy so just have fun, and someone will notice you.

Don't get me wrong I am having plenty of fun on this site. I have found and made some wonderful friends and several women have expressed an interest in me but these women are far away from me. I guess I have been expecting things to happen too quickly. Thank you for all your kind words.

Finding great people has never been a problem here, but not being able to find great people in one's own area is heard about often.
The site's membership has been growing rather steadily and rapidly...but maybe someone can suggest a few things to help yourselves out? Maybe some more "regional" sites from your area that might like to have this site in thier directory or link list? Okay, that may be a reach and a stretch, but anything at all come to mind that might increase the membership here of people from your locality?
