i have send in a payment for vip membership. how long does it take to upgrade .? and whats the vip lounge all about or can't say?

I know you should go to customer support and let them know you have sent it...You need to fill out a support ticket.....I remember the question being asked before......Didn't seem like it took long.....
And the VIP lounge, you will know soon enough!
