WARNING....Giving out Personal info
For all the members that give their private E-mail addresses, phone numbers, or anything else...remember who it is your talking to on the other end. Make sure you get to know the person well enough to trust before giving out such info. We can't screen people or do background checks so you have to show some responsibility in who you contact. This is only a reminder to play fun...but play careful.

No one but a few I've gotten to know extremely well get my personal primary email address and/or my physical address. I keep all other contact strictly "on site". No one gets my home phone number, even though it is unlisted, I would never ever give out a "listed phone number" to anyone that I didn't know and trust explicitly.

Good advice. REmember even though everyone I have met on here is very nice and friendly, you do not really know them and have not met them in person.

Use all the precautions online as you would with strangers offline, out there in the "real world"...maybe even ask around about someone with some of the "elder members" here when you're considering contact with someone....I'm not saying to listen or participate in idle gossip, but just ask around and then use your own judgement.

Yes, I try to be very picky as who gets my info. A few know our first names, but one knows our last name, maybe one and they also have my cell #. I trust them though and they know who they are. There is less than hand full know what I do for a living.
