WHEN YOU RETIRE
If you think it's ever possible. [I wonder about that often]
What do you plan to do or what do you want to do with this time??
I want to travel the Us in a car and actually see much of areas I was to in the truck. Perhaps travel to another country too.
NO, not in the car even thought that could be interesting.

I can't wait to be an old miser. I wanna use my age as an excuse to be such a dirty old man. Hitting on other older ladies and abusing everyone's kindess on the elderly...but seriously, I'd probably take the time I had to being even more of a Computer Scientist and maybe make my own programming language...*evil scientist voice* to run my robot army...*cackles*

if you havent yet... check out the 4 faces out in rapid city, sd. When I was just out there (after a few number of times i've been there with my parents) the last one was a little more of an eye opener for me. Just because to me I thought, its just a carving in the rocks with 4 of the presidents. But then over hearing some lady in the background, she said, "this is what I love, Freedom." Made me think that it meant quite a bit to a lot of people who may have never been there before. So... anyways. yeah. Check that out when you ever get a chance.

Yes!! those are nice. Not to mention the general area. Another place I really enjoyed was Pikes Peak in Colorado. High up and just serene.

Finally, a subject that I know something about. I was about 55 when I realized there was nothing left to prove, I had reached most of my goals and found a level of comfort that has been fun and freeing. At the same time, I realized for all that I learned that there was so much more to know. Mostly, there was so much more to feel. I don't give in to TSA agents at the airports because I value my freedoms, I don't cut my hair anymore, I wear shoes without socks and skip underwear when it suits me. I love women and getting to know them for a brief while. No bullshit games or pretending. Everything is true, real and just what it is, unwrapped, naked and clear.
4 blowjobs a day? I have yet to have my first --- first of my life. But that doesn't matter. I found these little forums 2 or 3 years ago searching for anti-viagra, a solution to 30 plus years of nearly sexless marriage and a need to "make the urges go away" and end the sexual warfare. It does that on its own anyway. It gets less and less over time, partly from sheer frustration and burnout from the years of fighting and when you get used to going without long enough, another day week or month is easy enough. There's a time when you just don't think about it anymore.
So much for that thought. I've seen the world and every state in the nation and many of them from the air while flying over. I still travel extensively and it feeds the vagabond in my soul.
If I have one dream for retirement (I know I'll never do this, but am quite physically capable of it), when looking out the plane window, there are those places where there are very few roads into (if any) and I would love to be dropped into one of them with very little supplies. Places like Nevada, Utah, Montana, Colorado, New Mexico ---even Kansas has some. All I need is a little water, maybe some power bars and my flyrod (well, there are some things that I love). I know how to survive and would relish throwing away all markers of time, sleep when I'm tired, eat when I'm hungry, drink when I'm thirsty, shed all my clothes when I want to, lie on my back and look at the stars, wade rivers and streams and fish for trout, climb a hill or mountain just to sit atop it and see the view. I don't think I'd miss human contact for a long while.
