Memorial Day.....
How or who are we honoring this Memorial Day?...Family? Friends? Someone special?
I'm a Vet and I  know what this weekend is about...Any Members concure?

I would love to celebrate with all the great people from webnaughty at Atlantic City, however, my little one has gotten sick, and I won't be going anywhere....

Seeing how Warren is a vet (first gulf war) and my brother-in-law is serving in Afghanistan, It will definitely be spent Honoring all Vets !!

Absolutely! I come from a long line of Vets. My Granddad was decorated in WWI & received a personal letter from "Black Jack Pershing" after it was over, Dad was in a Tank Buster Unit in Italy, Austria, & Germany during WWII I lost a brother in Nam, Another brother was in the M.P.s , & I flew F-16's in the Air Force, I will be in the "Honor Gaurd " during ceremonies sat.

Absolutely know what Memorial Day is. I am also a vet and my daughter-in-law is shipping to middle east in about 3 weeks.

I agree, I've been to several countries, our government isn't perfect, but it's better than any other that I've seen, & some of them truely SUCK!!  3some .gif">

We also have several vets in our family and numerous friends that are Veterans-- if it weren't for our Veterans our country wouldnt be what it is today!

i come from a family that has had lots of ancestors in wars ever since the Revolutionary War,War of 1812,Civil War,World War I and World War II,Korean War and Vietnam War and others that served during peace time.............
both grandpas
uncles
dad
cousins
and myself since i was in JROTC colorguard and ranger challenge team
