Rejection
How do you handle a rejection of your sexual advances, whether it's with your long term partner, or making that first big move with someone you recently started dating or seeing? Does it make you pout, angry, a little depressed, create tension, does it set and effect the mood for the rest of the time you spend with them?
How would you like, or how do you expect someone to react to your rejection of their advances because you're preoccupied, not feeling well, don't think you know them well enough, etc...?

 and it makes it harder the next time I try,if I try at all,rejection tears me up and makes me think no one wants someone that looks like me

See, rejection among other things should only make you stronger!.....Although it will always hurt, it only goes to show in the end that the person was not right for you to begin with, for whatever the reason!.....And we have to then realize that we are much better people in the end with so much more to offer someone who truly deserves it!......

I usually wait to make a move until I'm sure it will be a success, since I'm fairly shy. So, if I get rejected it really goes straight to the core. I got rejected once and sort of laid low on the dating scene for awhile, I definitely took a shot to the self confidence. I've never really had to reject an advanced per se. I've definitely had girls who wanted me and I didn't want them, so I just made it so we were never together alone and so the topic would never come up. I don't wanna hurt anyone's feelings.
How're good friends always help me back on my feet. So, I don't stay down for too long.
