For me that would fine, but as long as it doesn't make me have tits, and my dick shrink more than it is.

this is my workout week..
1) weight training in the garage
a)squats (125 pounds on the bar, 4 sets of 12)
b) Bench press (105 pounds, 4 sets of 12, for triceps and chest)
c) Curls (50 pounds on the bar, 4 sets of 12 reps, for biceps)
d) 15 to 20 pound dumbbells (butterfly presses on incline bench, also for chest)
e) 10-15 pound dumbbells (seated over the head presses, for shoulders, neck and upper back, 4 sets of 12)
f) incline bench for crunches (200 straight, 200 side to side)
g) I call it the tower of power (one of those standing crunch machines, 100 knee to chest crunches and 100 hanging from the upper bar, knee to chest crunches)
h) 400 speed crunches (not a full crunch, but short and quick for cardio and definition)
and that would be day 1.....
day 2
1) 20-25 mile bike ride (1/2 out, 1/2 back)
and repeat crunch routine
repeat both days through the week, but taking sat and Sun off...
and if anyone has any questions...I do have pics that were taken while I was doing the workout the weightlifting and crunch day usually take anywhere from 1 to 2 hours, depending on how I feel that day. I have been doing this routine for several years and yes, the weights do get changed up. sometimes less, sometimes more.

Re: Alright Pepper...
Just reading this was real ruff work out for me. . However I just started doing some cardio stuff, workout other than job, and weight loss was never in my vocab. But now after 15 yrs of sitting and waiting for something to happen has taken it's toll. Increase on the belt line of about 5" and almost 70 lbs on the scale, it was time for a change. Wouldn't mind not losing any weight, but just repositioning it.LOL yea right.

Re: Alright Pepper...
How come noone mentioned swimming? It's really great, you get to exercise every single muscle on your body at the same time, it's the best cardio training, not to mention that doing abs exercises in the pool is so much harder and you notice the results a lot faster.

Sweetheart, that doesn't take that much out of my day (maybe 2 hours max!)...and I don't do any of it alone, my coach is with me every step of the way....and how do you think we cool down after the workouts? I would give up the workout before I gave up sex, but the workout always makes the sex SO much better!!
