Good job, you don't need to put yourself out explaining anything or trying to work with anyone that doesn't want to use social skills or common courtesy when interacting with others.
You betcha, just delete their crap, you gotta figure if they are rude and offensive publicly(forum), then you can bet they will also offend others privately (chat room and messages)
