I started off by just shaving my balls and trimming the surrounding area but I then tried shaving everything and I like it. it does itch at first but you get used to just like when you first shave your balls and it itches then.

i had shaved mine before but lately has no time to keep it trim but once i do get into a new relationship i am gonna keep it trimed and shaved just depending on what days are good for sex or other fun play time stuff
