No problem!!
If you get angry with me, or just don't like something I've done, or have been doing...it's more than just alright to tell me about it, VIP's, send me a PM, non-VIPS, send me a naughty note, I'll reply and then you'll have that avenue to get things off your chest....I need the feedback!
(Just please, keep it civil...and private....going off publically and saying the wrong things , or going too far with what you say in the forum, can cause consequences for you that none of us want. It's all in the forum rules for you to check.
I swear, you can tell me....I might not like it, agree with it, and (yes, I do have feelings)even feel hurt from it...but you can tell me anything that you have to say, and all I ask is that you do it with courtesy, civility, or humor!

some people will not like you as a moderator.. just goes with the territory. I for one cant think of anyone better for the job though... except you shouldnt take it personally when they get pissy about it.
just explore your dom side. 
i personally was taught by thumper... "if you dont have anything nice to say then dont say nothing at all"... so if i said/say something it was a playful poke

I just don't want anyone to think they have "to sit on it" or "hold something inside", and I certaintly don't want anyone to blow up publically and cause problems for everyone and themselves when they could just send a message to me.
I don't care if someone likes me or not, it doesn't factor in to whether I like them or not.... can't just go around only liking and caring about people that care about and like me....it would be just too small of a world that way.

I try my hardest not to take things personally,and usually do pretty well with that... but we all know what a hard task that is for anyone. Sometimes what I do, my actions, are not who I am personally, just based on what's best for the majority. I'm just like the rest of ya, I'm able to retract, rethink, compromise, change my mind, opinions, and/or continue to stand my ground.
I've learned so much from this website and it's members, and I've learned allot of it the hard way, and so much I couldn't have learned without feedback!

Exactly!!!! What Chazzy says goes for us too. If ya have a problem with something we have said or done....let us know. I am a firm believer that no one is perfect, we all have our flaws. And most of us actually learn from our mistakes
