Blogs are a simple way to create your own regularly updated homepage about your life. They're a great way to find out more about other members and to tell people more about yourself and your real life experiences....
Just in case there are more out there like myself...

"online journals" or "online diaries" are two other names for "blogs"
You'll see 'em mentioned on TV once in a while when a blog owning wacko or criminal does something "newsworthy"
.....now that's not to say that all blog creators are criminally wacko, just a small percentage of them are!

One of our local news reporters used a blog during the Olympics. It was fun to see the daily updates.

another place that has a lot of use for Blogs is Myspace.com.. been starting to use that more and more lately since I have a few friends on there and such. Kind of a place where I can go when I need to get my mind out of the gutter.. which should tell you, if you know me well enough, is never going to happen in this lifetime.

Truth is I too find blogs a little awkward and can't really imagine why I'd ever do that. However, I sometimes run into some cool artists' blogs where they post their work that someone wouldn't have the chance to see otherwise. So if you have something interesting to show (and I don't mean your penis) then it's kinda cool

Abs...everyone seems to have so much that is interesting about themselves to share....they constantly amaze us with everything that makes them so much more than just people with photographic genitalia and a sex drive!! The "blog" thing sound " freakin'tastic"
