TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER
I just wanted to let some of you know so that you can be one the look out for things like this and you can protect yourself. It has come to my attention that this was not the first instance that this has happened here at Web Naughty. So just remember to keep your guard up at all times. I have had to resort to the legal system to try to put a stop to this. So a Temp. Restraining Order has been issued against the owner of the screen name MOONHOWLER. It seems she has been doing something that even a Federal Judge has agreed is wrong. So from this day on until a hearing date can be set up she is NO LONGER TO SMILE IN ANY PUBLIC PLACE. As like any other drug her smile has been deemed ADDICTIVE to all who witness it. Furthermore the FDA ( Food and Drug Admin.) has started their own investigation into this. I am not sure but i heard a rumor that the ATF (Alcohol Tobacco & Fireamrs) dept were also looking into this. They (the ATF) has said that this was like no weapon they have ever seen. It will put a full grown man to his knees within seconds. They (the ATF) would only speculate what it might do to a young man or a tennager.
So PLEASE BEWARE OF MOONHOWLER'S SMILE If you come accross it Please do not attempt to look at it. Just call your local Athorities and they will handle it from there.

I just a call from CDC, Center for Disease Control, and they are very concerned of the highly infectious nature of this condition. Any one coming into contact with this, needs to be quarantined immediately, as there is no known cure. This means that Moonhowler has to be quarantined with me, on a deserted tropical island.
