That's a nice thought...good thing you live in Missouri. If it would have been here in Calif your butt would have been hauled off to jail and would have been sued by the kids parents. Remember Calif is the LAWYER state...

I just wanted to let you guys know how good of a day I had today!!!

It Started out with my 11 yr old daughter asking me if she could go on a date with a classmate. Well not wanting to be too mean i told her sure, but with a few rules. The boys mother was going to be there the whole time. We agreed on a time for her to be picked up. so this is what I did.

I met the boy at the door with my 12 Gauge shotgun, I told him we needed to have a little talk before they could go out. He turned to his mom as soon as he saw the gun, she told him he was on his own. I gave him the "MY LITTLE GIRL" speech that every father should give. When i asked him what time he was going to have my daughter home he told me no later than 8pm. I then asked him if he knew what would happen if at 801 he was not here. My daughter quickly told him that i would shoot him if she was late. I told him not to make me go looking for him. It was soo funny. He called me as soon as the movie was over and told me that they were on their way home. The one thing that they didnt know was that I had my neighbor videoing our little talk. After they got home i played it for them and told my daughter that i was going to save it for her wedding day.


So today was one of my top 3 moments of being a father.
