Good morning.!!...Pass the syrup
Is breakfast the most important meal of the day for you? Are you one who goes for a big-ass fat 'n' fluffy omelet? Do you grab a donut or a leftover piece of pizza? A healthy bowl of oatmeal and a grapefruit halve?

i dion know i cant remember the last time i had breakfast on a regular basis although i do cook a big breakfast every weekend

If I eat, I will eat a bagel with a tiny bit of cream cheese, and not because I don't want to get fat, only because I don't like a chunk of that when I bite down  .....

For me it's 3 eggs and toast, every morning. OK, if we go out to eat it depends on where, but I will have 2 eggs with cheese on them, hashbrowns, toast, and of course coffee, and sometimes it may be 3 biscuts with sausage gravy, and coffee of course.

i rarely eat breakfast... on the occasion i do it's usually something simple like a couple eggs and toast or bowl of honeycombs.
on a side note.. ever save just a little of something just so you can taste it in the morning? seems your taste buds are much better at their job in the morning. lol

Ya sex with syrup is always fun sex but the answer to your question chazzy is I don't have breakfast all that much but when and if i do I have a full coarse breakfast ...Eggs.hashbrownes,backen,biskits,coffee,juise,
that would be my normal, but then I will also make pan cakes and waffles to go alone with it just to see if, or what anyone else would have or want ...normally i just have my coffee and the kids can have what ever they want.

Gawd! do I hate to be the od ball all the time! This morning I had a small avocado, 14 oz. of spinach, two slices of cantalope and six oz. of almond milk and a small bananna.

usually i'm not big on breakfast... but I have at least try to nibble on something here and there before I take off for the day. On occasion I do like to have french toast or some eggs, toast and sausages with some syrup.

I have eaten oatmeal for many years, my cholesterol should be zero  lately no time, so it's a couple hot pockets. some days, I eat nothing else all day. cooking sucks and takes way too much time. caffeine keeps me alive
