Alvin and The Chipmunks was excellent, so was I am Legend, but I liked the alternate ending better than the theatrical one.

Saw "Horton hears a who" today, the kids loved it. The animation was excellent and the adult humour was quite amusing.

Saw "Step up 2 The Streets" tonight with daughter. Was entertaining if a bit far fetched, but refreshing to see a film with no swearing or aggression.

"There Will Be Blood".....okay...weird movie but I kinda liked it....it's about a turn of the century oil man, interesting but weird.

I got "Juno" in the mail today, it's not my usual type of movie but the reveiws have been so good I'm looking forward to a chance to sit down and give it a watch...

I have watched "Pearl Harbor" quite a few times lately due to the fact that it is in Blu-Ray format, played through plasma flat screen and the audio pumped through a Bose sound system.
Wow.....what a mind f*ck. The battle scenes are unbelievable but on the whole, I give this movie a c+. It's definitely a "guys" movie.

Took the kids to see Ironman last weekend, and enjoyed it very much...Amazing special affects with lots of humor...Much like Spiderman, I would consider it an adult movie....My son is 12 and was fine...Robert D. Junior was great in the lead role and Gwyneth was looking really fine!

We watch that every time it comes on. I've had many pet rats growing up... it's amazing how accurate they are in the movie... with their movement, the way they stand on two legs and hold their paws... too cute!

I just loaned my copy to my brother and my parents, it's so hard for me to find movies my parents can watch. They don't like allot of sex, violence, gore and bad launguage and too many of the "clean" movies bore them. I think they'll like the Rat movie.
I watched the last Mr.Bean movie...I do like Mr.Bean!
I have "Awake" and "No Country For Old Men" yet to watch when I get the chance. The hubs has already watched and says they are both really good. He really like "Awake"

Transformers has now hit cable TV...and ya know, I just can't seem to watch it enough...big giant cool robots...can't get enough of that!
Anyway, just moved "Walking Hard, The Dewey Cox Story" to the top of my blockbuster list...anyone seen it?

Not yet, Chazzy... but I did finally get to watch the spiderwick chronicles. LOVED IT!!!
Another good one... Stardust. Robert DeNiro in a dress made it all worthwhile! 
Semi Pro with Will Ferrell was pretty good, too.

"The Ruins"
Pretty good really, just that for brief moments you get the feeling that this movie had a little more potential to be an even better movie.
"Firewall"....just got around to watching this one, Harrison Ford always did well in a suspense movie.

"The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford" , based on the 1983 novel by Ron Hansen.
Brad Pitt plays the lead role of Jesse James, not a good ole shoot 'em up cowboy kind of movie but one helluva good movie and if the narrated parts are a good indication of Hansen's writing talent, the novel has gotta kick ass too!

I liked Transformers when it was the original cartoon. I like the new version movie as wel, but it just doesn't seem-----long enough.

I like any movie with Will Smith. He's one of the very few that's held his standard high.
If ya didn't know, he started as a rao singer. When that turned to the "ghetto rap" he quit and focused on other things.
